Responsibilities
Create clean, fast onboarding flows that directly drive conversion and activation
Build scalable backend services that power our user-facing applications
Drive technical decisions around frontend architecture, state management, and API design
Improve performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability across the stack
Move quickly, make strong product calls, and simplify complex problems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-stack development experience in production environments
Strong proficiency with React and modern frontend development
Strong backend experience with languages like Golang, C#, Java, or Rust
Experience building and maintaining REST/GraphQL APIs
Experience with database design and optimization
Strong system design and architecture skills
Understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps principles
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and execute at speed with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Prior experience building and maintaining billing systems
Prior startup and/or web3 experience
Solana development experience
Understanding of web security best practices
