Responsibilities
Spearhead end-to-end technical deliveries, ensuring every solution is perfectly designed, tested, and tailored to meet critical business needs
Consult as a technical expert for internal and external stakeholders, guiding them through complex product integrations and high-level problem-solving
Drive the evolution of carrier networks by managing complete integrations and coordinating high-stakes system launches
Collaborate with elite development teams to design & configure solutions and perform expert customer mapping for new and existing clients
Qualification
Required
Expert-level knowledge of EDI X12 (specifically 204, 214, and 990 sets) and API configurations is a must
Strong technical foundation in networks and protocols, including HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, and Firewalls
Proven ability to analyze object-oriented code and data formats such as Java, XML, SOAP, REST, and XSLT
Savvy SaaS professional with a knack for technical documentation and navigating complex organizational structures
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
Working knowledge of SQL and software tools like JIRA, Maven, or Jenkins
Background in transportation visibility products or transportation logistics
