Responsibilities
Oversee all incoming and outgoing leads across phone, web, referrals, and campaigns
Ensure fast response times and consistent follow up
Guide prospects through intake, engagement agreements, and next steps with clarity and care
Maintain accurate and up to date records in CRM and internal systems
Identify drop off points and continuously improve the conversion process
Manage, train, and develop the sales and intake teams
Set clear expectations for communication quality, professionalism, and follow up
Provide scripts, coaching, and ongoing feedback
Conduct regular performance reviews focused on improvement and accountability
Refine the intake and conversion journey to make it simple and consistent for clients
Ensure clean handoffs between sales and legal teams
Partner with operations and technology to improve reporting and visibility
Reinforce consistent system usage and documentation standards
Monitor lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue
Produce weekly and monthly performance summaries for leadership
Use data to recommend improvements and support growth decisions
Ensure prospective clients feel informed, respected, and supported
Identify when additional services may benefit a client
Build long term trust that drives satisfaction and referrals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
At least five years of experience in sales or business development
A proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfort using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Highly organized and results focused
