Responsibilities
Managing everything from creative concepts to contracts, attendee logistics, and post-event wrap-ups
Working directly with clients, suppliers, and venues to make each event a success
Traveling onsite to see events in action
Qualification
Required
Juggling multiple tasks while keeping everything on track and on time
Communicating clearly and confidently with clients, suppliers, and teammates
Thinking creatively to find solutions and enhance the attendee experience
Building strong relationships and negotiating win-win outcomes
Staying cool under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience planning or supporting events, large or small
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Mac OS tools
Familiarity with group travel or air booking processes
Exposure to working with budgets and timelines
An eye for detail when managing data and reports
