Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Coordinate cross-functional meetings involving operations, finance, HR, sales, and supply chain
Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
Assist with budgeting, expense reports, and invoice processing as needed
Support special projects and initiatives across the organization
Draft and edit professional communications on behalf of executives
Facilitate communication between corporate office and plant leadership
Coordinate company events, leadership meetings, and off-site activities
Identify opportunities to improve administrative and communication processes
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support documentation and standard operating procedures as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, beverage, food & beverage, or CPG environments
Familiarity with plant operations or multi-site organizations
Experience supporting multiple executives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
