Responsibilities
Test and inspect condensing units and evaporator coils for each refrigeration system before it leaves our warehouse
Test and inspect sub-assemblies (i.e., controller wiring & programing, piping sub-assemblies, electrical sub-assemblies, condenser fan sub-assemblies, etc.)
Take pictures and complete all documentation required for our Quality Assurance files
Maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and safety
Read blueprints, engineering drawings, or technical drawings
Participate in cross functional teams to improve products and processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in the refrigeration equipment industry
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills
Possess good judgement
Ability to make sound decisions
Knowledgeable of safety, quality, and productivity processes
Strong decision-making and leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Understands safety protocol
Use MS office products such as Outlook, Excel, and Access
Ability to lift to 50lbs, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
