Diagnose, repair, and maintain multi-functional devices
Verify equipment functionality by completing test operations and adjustments
Provide excellent customer service and communication
Document service actions accurately
Comply with safety and regulatory standards
Take ownership of service requests and resolutions
Collaborate with teammates and participate in training
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent and A+ certification or equivalent
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with communicating with customers both written and verbally
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform activities such as walking, kneeling, standing, and stooping
IT knowledge and above average computer skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Higher consideration given to candidates with OEM certification
Knowledge of fundamental network infrastructure preferred
