Start in 2026 SummerTK Elevator is seeking a motivated University student to join our team as an Intake & Delivery Management Intern. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product delivery, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder coordination within a dynamic data and analytics environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in logging and tracking new data and analytics requests from business units
Help maintain the demand pipeline by updating request status and ensuring accurate documentation
Support the preparation of materials for demand review meetings
Learn intake evaluation criteria including business value, strategic alignment, and feasibility
Assist product and engineering teammate in maintaining and organizing the product backlog
Help document user stories, acceptance criteria, and task details in project management tools
Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Support tracking of delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and sprint progress
Assist in scheduling and preparing agendas for stakeholder meetings and status updates
Help compile status reports and presentation materials for leadership briefings
Take meeting notes and track action items to support follow-up activities
Observe and learn how to communicate project status across technical and business audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics
Support documentation of delivery processes, templates, and best practices
Explore and recommend improvements to existing workflows and tools
Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
Interest in project management, product delivery, or Agile methodologies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum concepts through coursework or personal projects
Exposure to project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Planner
Basic understanding of data and analytics concepts is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
