Required
J.D. degree
Membership in applicable State Bar
Ability to work with others on teams
Preferred
Demonstrative work experience in commercial lending transactions (real estate and/or C&I lending) or other commercial transactions (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, tax)
