They are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to support their operations, providing hands-on HR support and driving employee-centered HR practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders and executives, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
Manage and support employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
Oversee and support benefits administration, including enrollments, employee education, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
Partner with executives to clearly communicate HR initiatives, policies, and organizational updates
Support compensation, performance, and talent processes in alignment with company goals
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain and update employee records and HR data within the HRIS
Leverage HR analytics and reporting to identify trends and inform decision-making
Collaborate with payroll, finance, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
Support onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies
Manage and support immigration-related processes, including coordination with immigration counsel, visa tracking, documentation, and compliance requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manager or lead capacity
Strong working knowledge of employee benefits programs and administration
Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with executive leadership
HRIS experience required; Paylocity experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Experience supporting a hybrid workforce is a plus
