Task Force Director of Finance (Noble House Hotels & Resorts)

Responsibilities
Provide interim financial leadership at a property by maintaining full control over accounting operations during periods of transition or vacancy
Oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and USALI/GAAP
Analyze hotel financial performance including P&L, cash flow, and operating metrics and present insights to property and corporate leadership
Train, mentor, and support property accounting teams to ensure continuity and adherence to brand and company standards
Implement and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain audit readiness
Be flexible with travel and available for on-site placement at hotel properties as needed, with assignment lengths varying
Qualification
Required
Must have experience as a Hotel Director of Finance in a decentralized accounting environment at a full-service hotel, closing the books down to cash
3-5 years Director of Finance Experience within the Hotel/Resort Industry
High School Diploma Required
Preferred
Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or similar field preferred
