Responsibilities
Gather Trash in all PS departments and discard
Sort, recycle and dispose of all paper waste
Strap and ship all cardboard waste
Sort pallets for use or recycle
Strip 5” cores for reuse in the facility
Segregate by size and stage for pressroom initial use
Cut 3” cores for use a roll chocks throughout the facility
Segregate and stage for pressroom initial use
Sweep and clean common areas of the facility
Clean machines and equipment when required
Keep work area neat and clean
Comply with company rules, regulations and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive data
Implement a commitment to quality philosophy and recommend methods and procedures to reduce cost and/or improve operating efficiency of the department
Keep manager/supervisor informed of activities and situations that will impact the achievement of corporate or department goals and objectives
Perform other related duties as required to achieve the goals and objectives of the department and company
