Responsibilities
Ensure supply coverage in the near term and throughout the planning horizon by:
Monitoring Contract Manufacturer on supply execution
Communicating component level requirements to suppliers
Maintaining schedule of inbound commits from suppliers to hub(s)
Executing broker/grey market spot buys as needed
Review monthly Aged and Excess & Obsolete inventory items and flag items for action
Maintain customer-facing lead time data in NetSuite after product launch/GA
Lead, and participate in, daily and weekly meetings
Serve on various cross-functional project teams as required
Complete special assignments as directed by Management
Qualification
Required
Five plus years Planning & Scheduling experience
Expert level of proficiency in MRP/ERP environments, NetSuite & Kinaxis Maestro experience a plus
Skills to lead meetings cross functionally, with Contract Manufacturer, Nutanix Supply Base Management team, and/or other Supply Chain Ops groups
Experience working with Contract Manufacturers & ODMs required
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Able to proactively identify and flag potential supply issues that may require action plans for avoidance or mitigation
Highly skilled in Excel, comfortable with pivots, LOOKUPs. Capable of creating custom reports when necessary
Creative, resourceful problem solver and self-starter, comfortable working in dynamic environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or relevant field preferred
APICS certification preferred
