Responsibilities
Location: Onsite regularly traveling between Novant’s Charleston and Hilton Head, SC facilities
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00p; some off hours required
Travel to designated submarkets for in-person marketing assessments and consultation as needed
Engage with local market leaders to share marketing initiatives and local impact, pressure test needs, relay campaign and project progress, and process inbound marketing support requests for team consideration and recommendation
Work closely with cross-functional teams, this role will establish and implement best practices across marketing programs and campaigns
Collaborate with business functions to identify opportunities for growth; being a “curator of customer intelligence” and champion for customer-centered decision-making
Employ research to generate insights into consumer needs, wants and expectations to identify new opportunities, strategies, messages and building brand loyalty
Provide thought leadership and best practices for the development of plans and budgets
Ensure campaigns are creative, compelling, carry a consistent message, and amplify the brand while serving as the brand ambassador
Analyze data to optimize for performance
Manage multiple projects, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Qualification
Required
4 Year / Bachelors Degree
5+ years' experience in marketing communications planning and implementation, preferably in an organization where marketing directly impacts revenue
5+ years' experience in marketing, strategic planning and managing multiple projects
Preferred
Master's Degree preferred
Healthcare experience
Candidates who reside in the Charleston or Hilton Head, SC area
