Provide hands-on HR support
Support employees and leaders across multiple McCarthy-Bush companies and locations
Serve as a trusted HR resource at assigned sites
Help evolve HR from primarily administrative support to a more people-focused, consultative function
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in HR
Several years of HR experience
SHRM certification credential
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass a drug screen
Strong communicator who can tailor messages to different audiences
Balance empathy and directness when supporting employees and leaders
Organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
Curious, open to learning, and not afraid to ask 'why'
Comfortable influencing without authority and building trust across teams
