Responsibilities
Coordination with the CSG team to support activities for our executives and members of our Board of Directors
Extensive calendar management in Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling of in-person and virtual meetings
Coordinating and executing established processes in support of the Company’s various securities law obligations (e.g., insider list, due diligence inquiries, quarterly SOX sub-certifications)
Typing, proofreading, copying, and distributing correspondence and legal documents
Developing and maintaining digital filing systems
Sending and replying to requests, correspondence and e-mails, including those from executives both inside and outside the company
Handling invoices and accruals
Reconciling and submitting expense reports
Receiving and providing assistance to visitors
Supporting extensive travel itineraries
Maintaining supplies
Qualification
Required
Prior executive or legal assistant experience
Extraordinary attention to detail
Ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
Ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, particularly with senior leadership and other executives
Leader in the use of technology, including software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and DocuSign
Ability to excel in a digital workplace
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task; effectively prioritize work and adhere to deadlines in a proactive manner
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Diligence and follow through
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Professionalism, adaptability, and positive attitude
