Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for FranConnect’s integrations ecosystem
Define and prioritize high-impact out-of-the-box integrations across the product suite
Partner closely with Engineering to shape API, webhook, and integration architecture decisions
Collaborate with Design to ensure integrations are discoverable, usable, and clearly communicated
Balance customer needs, partner considerations, and technical constraints
Define success metrics and measure adoption, reliability, and customer impact
Drive problem definition, requirements, delivery, and iteration on a monthly release cadence
Present roadmap decisions, progress, and outcomes to customers and product leadership

Required

6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms
Experience building or scaling integration ecosystems or marketplaces
Proven ability to own outcomes, not just ship features
Strong collaboration skills across design and engineering

Preferred

Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India
