Responsibilities

Use cross-platform mobile frameworks and native iOS/Android technologies to design, develop, test, and maintain secure mobile applications
Apply secure coding practices aligned with RMF, STIGs, and secure SDLC standards
Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, enterprise services, and identity and access management solutions
Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) integrations, including Samsung Knox and VMware AirWatch
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprint execution to deliver mission-critical capabilities
Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly to teammates and leadership
Troubleshoot and resolve issues rapidly in high-security environments
Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence across the team

Required

An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required
5+ years of professional mobile application development experience
Hands-on experience developing cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android
Experience implementing mobile security controls, authentication, and encryption
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Samsung Knox and VMware AirWatch
Hands-on experience with the current technical stack, including Knox SDK, Knox REST APIs, Android application development, and iOS application development
Required technical certifications meeting IASAE Level II requirements (e.g., CASP+, CISSP, or CSSLP)
Possess DoD 8140 DCWF Role 621 – Software Developer certification (e.g., CISSP-ISSAP, CSSLP, or GSEC)
Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred (relevant experience may be substituted)
