Help build and strengthen systems that support long-term volunteer engagement in environmental education, clean air outreach, and public health awareness
Develop volunteer recruitment pipelines
Coordinate onboarding and training processes
Ensure that volunteers are equipped to lead or support outreach events and workshops
Create and refine internal systems for tracking volunteer participation and impact
Develop a Volunteer Handbook
Manage appreciation and retention efforts
Work closely with UCM staff and partners to align volunteer work with larger campaign goals
Support systems for recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers engaged in clean air outreach, environmental education, and community events
Refine the Volunteer Handbook
Improve onboarding workflows
Coordinate volunteer recognition strategies
Support the execution of outreach events
Gather volunteer feedback
Help document processes to strengthen long-term sustainability
