Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customers and external sales staff
Provide product information, quotes, and order support for building materials and related products
Process, manage, and follow up on customer orders using Lensing's ERP system
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to ensure satisfaction
Handle a high volume of calls and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
Follow up to confirm customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn ERP systems quickly
Strong math skills (percentages, discounts, pricing calculations)
Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Preferred
Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred (1-3 years)
Experience with building materials, construction products, or related industries a plus
Additional education in business, construction management, or related field preferred
