Qualification
Required
Strong Communication Skills for managing and relaying client information accurately and professionally
Proficiency in Client Intake processes and maintaining accurate client records
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn legal software
Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and provide support to clients
Customer Service expertise to ensure a positive client experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Previous experience in a legal or client-facing role
