Responsibilities
Shop competitive market and edit line as needed
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment with sales goals
Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
Evaluate and optimize the sales process, identifying areas for improvement
Drive the development of new sales channels and markets
Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs to the executive team
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles within the apparel industry, preferably children's apparel
Strong understanding of retail and wholesale sales channels
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
Innovative and forward-thinking, with the ability to adapt to a changing marketplace
