Responsibilities
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with on-site personnel and/or local public agencies as directed
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including terminals, concourses, parking areas, and perimeter access points as assigned. Working environments and conditions may vary by site
Monitor access points and restricted areas, help to deter unauthorized entry, and complete required logs, reports, and other documentation
Support queue management and public-area observation, assist with directions and general inquiries, and report maintenance issues and/or suspicious activity through the appropriate channels
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 1 year of experience in call taking, dispatching, and CCTV monitoring
Security Experience: 1+ years
21+ years of age
Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
