Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues

Assist in maintaining ERP, MES, QMS, and other business systems

Perform system monitoring, routine maintenance, and updates

Support data integrity, backups, and basic cybersecurity measures

Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and system configurations

Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including system access and equipment setup

Assist the IT Director with system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements

Participate in testing, training, and deploying new IT solutions

Follow IT security policies and report potential security risks

Assist with access control management and compliance-related tasks

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)

Familiarity with ERP or business systems

Experience supporting Windows-based environments
