GlobalMed Logistix is a leading healthcare third party logistics company specializing in warehousing and distribution. They are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process and support core human resources functions during a period of growth and transition.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple GMLx locations
Partner closely with hiring managers to assess workforce needs, clarify role requirements, and establish hiring priorities and timelines
Develop, update, and post job descriptions aligned with GMLx role structures, compensation bands, and internal equity practices
Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies
Review and screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and coordinate interview logistics across teams
Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and pre-boarding process to ensure seamless and engaging candidate experience
Maintain timely, transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Represent GMLx at job fairs, career events, and recruiting initiatives to support ongoing talent pipeline development
Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of standardized recruiting processes and workflows
Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data, tracking pipelines, hiring progress, and key recruiting metrics
Collaborate with HR Leadership, Operations, and Executive leadership to align hiring activity with business objectives
Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts as the organization scales across locations
Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and DEI best practices
Provide support to HR leadership on employee lifecycle initiatives and HR operations during periods of rapid growth or organizational change

Required

5+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition strategy
Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational abilities
Demonstrated success partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and meet deadlines
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Paylocity experience preferred, along with LinkedIn Recruiter
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business, or similar) or equivalent practical experience

Preferred

Experience recruiting for operations, logistics, healthcare, or supply chain roles preferred
Experience supporting high-growth, multi-site, or geographically distributed organizations
