The Utilities Right of Way Agent will acquire Right-of-Way rights for distribution and electrical transmission projects, support project managers, prepare real estate documents, and communicate with property owners regarding acquisitions.

Responsibilities
Acquire Right-of-Way rights for distribution and electrical transmission and distribution line projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members
Prepare real estate documents
Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information
Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition
Perform general administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way Acquisition experience
Active Ohio Notary OR the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
Valid Driver's License
