Responsibilities
Streamline the recruiting process with systems or procedures
Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff
Assign tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work
Monitor organizational structure and budget management
Conduct regular meetings with ministry stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and identify challenges
Ensure that all weekly reports and dashboards are consistently completed and submitted to the appropriate stakeholders
Qualification
Required
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
Preferred
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or above preferred
3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, in a large healthcare system preferred
Creative and innovative leadership skills
Experience with data interpretation, manipulation & reporting
Skilled at presenting to small to large groups, from front line staff to executives
A gifted communicator who is experienced in facilitating collaboration & building cohesiveness among cross functional teams
