Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing of electrical and electronic equipment in support of various Combat and Weapon Systems
Specialize in different areas such as power generation, transmission, distribution, communications, and electrical equipment manufacturing
Design new products, write performance requirements, and develop maintenance schedules
Perform testing of equipment, solve operating problems, and estimate the time and cost of engineering projects
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED certificate
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Experience reading, interpreting and developing Engineering Drawings/Blueprints and schematics
Ability to write reports and review/develop technical documentation such as technical manuals as well as installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
Ability to communicate orally and in writing to a variety of personnel at external activities
Organization and prioritization skills
Able to use MS Office Software Products such as Word and Excel
Preferred
3 years professional experience
Bachelor's level degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
