This role involves supporting Accounts Payables, Receivables, reconciliations, and month-end close activities, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities
Process invoices, deposits, payments (wire/ACH/check) & expense reports
Reconcile A/R & A/P accounts, including intercompany reconciliations
Support month-end close, reporting, and government invoicing (WAWF)
Handle tax reporting, collections support & maintain financial records
Manage high-volume follow-ups with strong attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/related field with 1+ yrs exp (or equivalent)
Strong Excel skills (V-lookups)
SAP ERP experience required (ECC a plus)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong communicator
US Person as defined by applicable law
Preferred
3+ years AR/AP or billing experience
Knowledge of GAAP, FAR, DFAR, CAS
Experience with government-compliant accounting systems
