Responsibilities
Keeping the appearance of the property in excellent condition, both inside and out
Running work orders (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
Appliance repairs
Exterior maintenance
Responding to after-hours emergencies
Being on-call
Qualification
Required
Ability to use power tools
Communication (Written follow-up, ability to explain solutions to resident issues, etc.)
Organization (Keeping track of work orders and keys)
Ability to multitask (Handle and prioritize everyday work orders and emergencies)
Computer proficiency
High school diploma required
Satisfactory drug test and criminal background check are required
Verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
Preferred
Associate's degree from technical college desirable
Trade certifications desirable
Previous job experience as Contractors (Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general, painters, etc.)
Previous job experience as Construction workers
