Service Desk Technician (Onsite / Multi-Location Support) GA
IT Avalon is seeking a hands-on Service Desk Technician to provide onsite and remote IT support across three locations in the greater Atlanta area. This role will serve as frontline technical support for end users, systems, and infrastructure, requiring the technician to visit multiple locations weekly.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–2 service desk support for onsite and remote users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and conference room technology
Manage user accounts, access, and permissions (Active Directory / Azure AD as applicable)
Respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing system
Perform workstation setup, imaging, deployment, and break/fix support
Coordinate with vendors and escalation teams as needed
Conduct routine onsite visits to secondary locations and address open issues
Maintain documentation and update knowledge base articles
Deliver strong customer service with a professional, approachable demeanor
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Desktop Support role
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and common business applications
Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple locations
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally each week
Preferred
Experience supporting multi-site environments
Knowledge of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, etc.)
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus
