Develop and execute strategies to drive end-to-end sales of aseptic processing and packaging equipment
Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients across various markets
Meet or exceed sales targets through effective account management and business development activities
Demonstrate deep knowledge of JBT Marel's aseptic solutions and their benefits in improving product quality, safety, and operational efficiency
Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and integration of solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting JBT Marel's unique value propositions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management, along with insights into market opportunities and challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a job experience in related field, required
3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food processing or packaging industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
