Responsibilities
Manage heavy phones, calendar, and contacts for executives
Manage expenses and coordinate travel
Interface with creative executives, agents, producers, production companies, and talent on a regular basis, always ensuring professionalism and great customer service
Track internal documents
Track multiple productions and corresponding calendars
Arrange new series kick-off meetings and returning series distributions
Track indemnity and insurance and production payments
Complete other creative and administrative duties as assigned
Experience creating and proofing project-based decks and presentations across Formats, Lifestyle and Documentary content
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Television Programming
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred
Working experience at a network or production or agency level preferred
Previous experience managing an executive-level desk/office in fast-paced environment preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to anticipate the needs of the executives/team
A strong interest in unscripted programming, in particular Bravo and Peacock programming
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Personable with the ability to interface with the creative community and all levels of NBCUniversal staff
Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals
Strong creative instincts with the ability to generate original ideas for Unscripted content
