Responsibilities
Mix & Batch: Coordinate and execute batching schedules to meet daily production goals
Make It Right: Manufacture products to spec using formulas. you’ll be an essential part of transforming raw ingredients into targeted, performance-driven feed solutions
Maintain Equipment: Perform basic repairs and keep detailed maintenance records
Receive Ingredients: Unload rail cars, barges, and trucks—keeping things moving efficiently
Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Stay Compliant: Follow OSHA and FDA standards, safety policies, and all operating procedures
Qualification
Required
High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance
Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals
Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed
Preferred
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
