They are hiring a Junior Reporting Analyst to support a brand owner in the eCommerce/DTC consumer products sector, focusing on preparing and maintaining reports and dashboards while collaborating with senior analysts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Support the preparation and upkeep of recurring reports and dashboards for sales, subscriptions, MER, LTV, returns, and basic profitability
Pull and organize data from platforms including Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, TikTok Shops, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and Meta Ads: using Excel/Google Sheets to clean, format, reconcile, and validate data for accuracy
Assist in updating dashboards built in tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
Work closely with Senior Analysts to execute reporting requests and learn best practices for structuring and maintaining dashboards
Help document metric definitions, reporting processes, and data sources to keep everything organized and easy to follow
Handle ad hoc reporting requests from marketing, operations, and leadership as needed
Ensure reports are delivered on time and flag any data issues or inconsistencies
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in a data, reporting, operations, or analyst support role (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Strong attention to detail and comfort with manual data work: exporting, formatting, reconciling, and assembling reports across multiple sources
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filtering, organizing data)
Interest in learning data analytics, reporting, and eCommerce metrics over time
Reliable, organized, and motivated to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy while developing analytical skills
Clear communication skills and ability to follow structured instructions
Preferred
Some exposure to dashboards or reporting tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus, but not required
Exposure to eCommerce or DTC data (Amazon, Shopify, paid ads platforms)
Basic familiarity with SQL or data tools (not required)
Experience supporting senior analysts or operations teams
