Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing general corporate support for a public company including preparing board and committee agendas, drafting minutes and resolutions, and related matters
Prior experience supporting a public company's board of directors is required
Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency using Diligent, HCue, and Workiva
Outstanding references
Preferred
Experience providing support for securities filings is preferred
Paralegal certificate or legal education preferred
