The Pulmonary Function Access Specialist will support the Pulmonary Function and Exercise Lab and Pulmonary Services Division by handling front-office and back-office functions, ensuring patient satisfaction, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Assisting with reprocessing of equipment of the Pulmonary Function and Exercise Labs as necessary
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
Previous directly related experience in a large complex health care organization
Knowledge of third-party payors including federal, state and private health plans
Demonstrated experience with patient check-in and cash handling
Demonstrated experience updating Registration
Possess strong computer skills and be able to work between multiple systems during calls
Possess excellent customer service skills
Strong problem solving ability by using good judgment and applying these skills to assist customers and ensure customers' expectations are met
Preferred
EPIC, IDX, PCIS training
Bilingual: Spanish/English
