Responsibilities
Oversee comprehensive issue tracking for the EMR system
Manage finance and program configurations
Coordinate essential system upgrades
Test new developments and bug fixes
Review software release notes to ensure system stability
Responsible for foundational setup and security of the system
Manage staff profiles, form design, and billing configurations
Implement strict security protocols
Coordinate operational meetings and manage program-specific tasks
Spearhead training initiatives for new hires and existing team members
Handle EMR-related requests efficiently
Work outside of regular business hours as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Three (3) years of experience as an EMR System Administrator in technical support and development capacity may be substituted for the degree
Minimum of three (3) years of experience specifically as a System Administrator for EMR software systems
Proven background in helpdesk end-user support, with demonstrated proficiency in resolving complex technical issues
Prior experience developing complex forms and maintaining/updating system configurations within an EMR or similar platform
Completion of the myEvolv System Administrator Certification is required within one year of hire
Three (3) years of direct experience as a System Administrator for the myEvolv EMR application will also satisfy this requirement
Preferred
A master's degree is preferred
Experience with Software Quality Assurance (QA) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is highly desirable
