Responsibilities
Operate and monitor LC-MS/MS instruments to generate high-quality data in a high-throughput laboratory setting, following established methods and SOPs
Perform routine sample extraction and front-end liquid chromatography (HPLC/LC) setup to support LCMS analyses
Review and interpret analytical data against predefined acceptance criteria, escalating deviations and supporting quality investigations as needed
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of LCMS and related laboratory equipment
Accurately document all activities, maintain complete and compliant records, upload results into LIMS, and contribute to procedural updates and process improvements
Work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule to support operational coverage and collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, cytotechnology, or a related field
Hands-on experience operating LC-MS/MS instruments and front-end liquid chromatography (HPLC/LC), ideally in a regulated or QC-focused laboratory
Experience working in high-throughput or automated environments (for example, using Tecan platforms or similar automation) and strong understanding of laboratory safety practices
Proficiency with laboratory and office software, including LIMS or similar systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
QC mindset with strong attention to detail, data integrity, and adherence to predefined acceptance criteria
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-throughput laboratory environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with peers, leadership, and cross-functional partners
