Responsibilities
Take ownership of the entire procurement process from order to fulfillment and delivery
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in support of established business objectives
Work closely with vendors and partners to monitor status and ensure timely delivery
Evaluate, monitor, and report on vendor quality and delivery performance
Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively seeking and communicating status
Resolve any claim or return issues quickly and independently
Participate in the review of products and documentation for accuracy
Take ownership of deadlines, working independently to prioritize and deliver
Communicate proactively, raising and escalating issues when necessary
Use Microsoft Office Suite effectively and adapt quickly to new ERP systems
Qualification

Preferred
Prior procurement or supply chain experience in a highly regulated product sector preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience will be considered)
