Responsibilities
Generating requirements, system and software design and implementation
Integrating and flight test events
Adjudicating change requests as the software is updated, tested, and integrated
Participating in integration activities that will include a multitude of host systems, such as live assets of varying capability and structure, simulated systems, and laboratory environments that include constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system simulations
Qualification
Required
MUST be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance
Experience in generating requirements, system and software design and implementation
Experience in integrating and flight test events
Experience in adjudicating change requests as the software is updated, tested, and integrated
Experience in participating in integration activities that will include a multitude of host systems
Preferred
Object Oriented Programming
Agile Software Development
Software Development Tools (e.g. Visual Studio)
Atlassian Tools (e.g. Stash, Jira)
Experience in OMS/UCI messaging
UI/UX Software Development
Experience in QT (or a strong emphasis on graphical user interfaces)
Experience with Complex Algorithms
Service Oriented Architecture Knowledge
Linux and Windows operating systems
Configuration Management Systems (e.g. Git)
System test and Integration experience
Practical knowledge and skills of messaging systems (e.g. ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
