Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and ensure they have a positive experience
Handle phone and text communications, providing updates and information about their garments
Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, ensuring they are well-stocked
Deliver exceptional hospitality, answering questions and offering guidance as needed
Perform additional tasks as directed by team leaders
Tag and detail garments according to their specific needs and requirements
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently and accurately
Preferred
Experience in the fashion or garment industry is a plus
