Responsibilities
Design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures
Identifying business process improvement projects for internal business groups, and making recommendations to management on efficiencies
Conducting cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources
Analyzing business requirements and production specifications to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management operations
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
Experience with SQL queries
Strong data-mining abilities
Strong communication skills
The capacity to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
3 years - Technical or operational experience required
Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability
Analytical and decision-making abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with BigQuery and Dbeaver
