Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of CD38 antibody‑drug conjugates (ADCs) and other multiple myeloma targets, including monoclonal antibody (mAb) engineering, ADC conjugation, biophysical characterization (SPR, DSF, crystallography, etc.), and execution of in‑vitro assays using models such as patient‑derived xenografts (PDX)
Support Investigational New Drug (IND) preparation including the development of ELISA assays and contributing to key analytical activities required for regulatory submissions
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. degree in life or biomedical sciences, or a related discipline is required
Proven track record of successful research projects and publications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
