Participate in an intensive management training program focused on leadership and operational development
Assist in supervising, coaching, and supporting team members to achieve performance goals
Learn to manage day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and team support
Support marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives to drive client satisfaction and business growth
Analyze performance metrics and contribute insights to improve efficiency and results
Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience
