Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Client Success Manager to join a local company in Tyler, TX. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities to add value and improve service delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, professional manner
Track client activity, document interactions, and maintain accurate records
Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition

Qualification

Client success experienceCRM systems proficiencyCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving mindset

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
2+ years of experience in client success, account management, customer service, or related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
