As a Senior CFO & Advisory Solutions Associate, you will lead strategic financial guidance for nonprofit clients, supporting CFO-level services including forecasting, financial modeling, and board reporting.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic financial advisor to nonprofit clients, supporting executive teams and boards
Develop and maintain multi-year financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses
Lead the preparation and presentation of board reporting packages and management dashboards
Perform high-level financial analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks
Guide clients through budgeting processes, including annual budgets and mid-year reforecasts
Support clients during audits, compliance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
Drive improvements in financial reporting tools and advisory service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of six years accounting, financial planning & analysis experience
Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Proven ability to synthesize complex financial information for diverse audiences
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools, experience with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, or similar service orientation
Preferred
CPA or CFA license
Public accounting experience
Experience working independently in a remote environment
Nonprofit accounting experience
