The Quality Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs, offering hands-on experience and the opportunity to present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
Execute a capstone project focused on quality improvement, defect reduction, or process standardization
Analyze quality data (scrap, rework, nonconformances, customer complaints) to identify trends and root causes
Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities using structured problem-solving tools
Assist with documentation updates including work instructions, inspection plans, and quality records
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve process capability
Participate in audits, inspections, and quality reviews as appropriate
Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events
Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, Business, Marketing, HR, Analytics, or related discipline)
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Curiosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus
