Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about accounts, services, and processes
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
Complete data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Use strong phone etiquette and communication skills to support a positive customer experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service, call center operations, or client support
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and general computer systems
Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (on-site 2 days per week in Mason, OH)
Availability to work Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm
Preferred
Knowledge of sales techniques or customer service best practices
