Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with contract manufacturers, fillers, packaging suppliers, and logistics providers; Negotiate lead times, monitor supplier performance, and resolve bottlenecks or quality issues quickly
Translate product development to commercialization by finalizing product specs, overseeing trial runs and tests, and managing change control with Regulatory/QA partners
Reserve and allocate production based on service level requirements, supplier KPIs, and available capacity
Oversee timing and releasing of POs, in partnership with inventory management, merch & DC teams
Manage COGS and PPV by setting component targets and safety stock, reduce write-offs/expiry, and deliver value-engineering and packaging/sourcing alternatives
Oversees timeline to ensure program is on track. Identifies key milestones holding stakeholders accountable for achieving key dates. Calls out critical concerns that could jeopardize timing to market with a solution oriented mindset to work through challenges to maintain timing
Qualification
Required
